Help on custom kit in honor of Brian Kelley's son Joshua's life

Brian Kelley, who is having difficulty posting to LUGNET, asked me to post to LUGNET asking for assistance in creating a commemorative model to celebrate his late son Joshua's life. I did a quick search for a post from Brian regarding his son's (...) (21 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.people, lugnet.cad) !!

  Studless Brick Wall Study

Hi All, Here is the beginning of a studless brick wall study I just started. I have more floors to build and details to work out, but you get the idea... (URL) Build On! (URL) Jonathan Eric Hunter (21 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, FTX) !!

Re: Today's offer from JJ's Furniture Store: A cupboard

Jojo, that is beautiful (if small)! The objects inside the "windows" really make it stand out. I have started to do interiors as a result of seeing your stuff last year. -Erik (...) (21 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Today's offer from JJ's Furniture Store: A cupboard

(...) Very well done, this is one of those brilliant little creations that shows how impressive a small MOC can be. Will you be building more pieces of furniture in the same style? Derek (21 years ago, 15-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Today's offer from JJ's Furniture Store: A cupboard

Hello! Sometimes MOCs look rather strange from behind: (URL) me, I'm a link!>> The front side is supposed to look like this: (URL) me, I'm a link!>> (Photographing white bricks is a pain in some lower part of the body.   Escher preview (Re: Gold (Re: My collection of colours))

(...) Yeah, it's a pain in the neck to photograph--especially the leftmost pillar. But here's another shot, I think it's the best I'll get: (URL) here's a larger size image: (URL) background on this project, I'm building a series of Escher models (...)   Droid Gunship V2

Not completely satisfied with the (URL), (URL) this version> has been modified heavily on the front to get closer to the details of the actual gunship.   Re: Tiki Lounge

(...) Nice, Bill. I remember the christening party for your Tiki apartment. The overhead lights seem inspired from my theater portacauche. The link seems dead for now, but the available picture looks good. The big statue isn’t overwhelming. -Ash (21 years ago, 5-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Tiki Lounge

  Re: Tiki Lounge

(...) Excellent MOC! Xposted to .vignette. For what it's worth, I'd say it could qualify for a vignette. Maybe we can call this a "Shoebox" vignette, as it is large and reminds me of those diorama(rama)s that we used to build while in grade school! (...) (21 years ago, 4-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Tiki Lounge

(...) Thanks! I had a lot of fun making it. DIORAMA! Thats the one... And if we have a contest for the best diorama, we can call it diorama-rama (from the simpsons). Bill (21 years ago, 4-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Tiki Lounge

(...) Bill, that is great! Lots of nice details, and the tiki works really well. I would forget about trying to squeeze it into any kind of vignette - I would rather call it a diorama. ROSCO (21 years ago, 3-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Tiki Lounge

Aloha! Here is my latest creation, the Tiki Bar! (URL) It started out as a vignette, but it quickly grew out of hand!   Re: Panels to offer a 5-wide space in a 6-wide MOC

(...) I did some brief testing last night with this. The Technic motor((URL) does fit into the 1x4x3 and 1x2x3 panels, with possibly a very slight amount of bending.
