(...) I did some brief testing last night with this. The Technic motor((URL) does fit into the 1x4x3 and 1x2x3 panels, with possibly a very slight amount of bending. (...) Strangely I was just thinking about this before I came online, but to hide a 4 wide technic motor in a five wide unit.
