| (...) I personally advocate 1 stud to the foot, which is about 1:38. If the stud size is exactly 8mm then it's 1:38.1. If a stud size is 5/16" then it's 1:38.4. | (...) I agree with previous posts that the variability of minifigs, not to mention their dispropotion nature means that a number of scales are possible.
