(...) Huh! In trying this with 67 windows of my own, I find: - 8 windows have solid studs and won't ever work (7 black, 1 white) - 4 windows worked just fine (4 white) - 55 didn't work as you said (27 grey, 14 black, 6 white, 7 new grey, 1 pastel (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.build)

Having designed a model in CAD and before I owned the part I assumed that the hollow studs on the top of 1 x 4 x 5 windows [LDrawPart 2493:2] would allow the small pins on the bottom of 1 x plates and bricks (URL) to be placed on the stud, giving a (...)
