If they were the same size as the real thing, I'd label them as 'lifesize'
scale. Based on your comments I'd call them 1/2 lifesize or 1/4 lifesize.

I wouldn't. I have always thought of macro as lifesize or more often even
larger. Based on the idea that macro tends to mean "large or large-scale". I've
always thought of those 10X scale bricks that people (including myself) have
built as being macroscale models of a real life object. Unless I'm really not
understanding the intention behind the word 'macro'.

I'm wondering the same as you did earlier. Are these microscale? They are
proportionally much smaller, in some cases, than the frogs were to their real
life inspiration.
Where does scaled down lifesize end and microscale begin? :)
