Did you find yourself constantly tweaking it to get just the right effect or did
you attack the mottling with a random approach?

Very nice effect either way, especially for the relatively small scale (compared
to stuff at the parks for instance.)

The mottling was a random approach indeed. Just a kind of feeling.
And by mixing different colours you can make bigger buildings, of course.
