Wow! Very useful! Sorry for the late reply, I've missed your post. But I
highlighted it to possible help others who missed it and because I think it's
worth it.

I only tinkered with it a little, but it seems pretty straight forward (at
least to me).

To TJ: One suggestion could be to lock all cells that are not blue to avoid
people editing the wrong parts, although it should not happen if you are
careful. You can also hide all data stuff and formulas, either on a separate
tab or in hidden columns.

To All: If you don't have MS Excel you can download and use Open Office (free)
from here (supports Windows, Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X):
http://www.openoffice.org/

NOTE: I did not try to use TJ's files in OO but it *should* be fine, don't
blame me if it's not!

(...) Thanks for the good suggestions. I should've locked the cells a long time ago. I've even entered numbers in to cells containing equations. I'm glad there's an undo command :-) (...) have Excel.
