I rebuilt my firestation:

Someone on LUGNET mentioned a great idea--make a building in sections so you
can change specific parts easily.  I mean, I build my robots all module-like
for those very reasons, but I always made my buildings like real life
construction--from the foundation on up.

So When I wanted to redesign my firestation, I tried out this 'sectional'
building technique.

Well I'm definitly sold!

When I was done the firestation, I went on to build a firetruck for it.
Then I tried to park the firetruck in the firestation and realized that the
parking bay was far too short.  Well, the 'old' way of building, I would
have had to rip apart a big part of the building.  As it stands, I took out
two wall sections, expanded them by 8 studs... done!  All of 3-4 minutes and
the firetruck fits!

Sa-weet!

Loving LUGNET--lots of helpful hints here!

Thanks all!

Dave K
