Who among us has wandered past a vacant store and noticed the vast flat, empty
square footage of stores for rent? Just the other day I put my face to the
dirty window of a store and sighed to myself about what I could do with my lego
town there...
And today I posted a message about having little or no room for myself to build
(having them stored under a bed, and filling an entire closet)...a thought
struck me.
Does anyone know of any groups that have banded together to rent such a place
(maybe not an empty storefront, but something similar), with everyone having an
equal space to build and equally sharing the rent? Perhaps this is what some of
the more evoloved and organized LUG's do, I don't know...
Being in Tallahassee, Florida, I know of few other AFoL's here...but perhaps in
a bigger town such as Miami, Atlanta it might be feasable?
Thoughts? Comments? Ideas?

| (...) <snip> (...) Very feasible. In fact, it's been done. See the PNLTC.org website or their group here for more info. (22 years ago, 20-Oct-02, to lugnet.build)
