    Mindstorms SnooperBot —Dave Astolfo
   I plan to build a bot that will be able to snoop around into a room (hopefully with people talking about secret things!!!! :-) ), and have it transmit the conversation via a micro FM transmitter.    Be careful of the power output. Assuming you're here in the US, and depending upon the band, the FCC will only let you put out up to 100mW on domestic frequencies. Citizens' band is 4W.      Thanks for the info. I am here in Canada. I am somewhat ignorant of frequency limits by CRTC (Canadian equivalent of the FCC). The unit can be tuned to braodcast in short range to the lower FM frequencies near 80-90 Mhz. Tom McDonald wrote in (...) (26 years ago, 7-Oct-98, to lugnet.build)

   Hey! go easy on the guy, the FM transmitter can't be all that big, and probably can't go any further that 20 meters. For DJA: Usually they transmit arou 87.0-88.9, FM radio stations only go to 89.0 as low as possible, so just tuning the radio to the (...) (26 years ago, 18-Oct-98, to lugnet.build)
