Well, after some time working out my new building design,
I humbly present my latest MOC, the old state building.
You can check out several of my image at this address.

Here's a short description of the model.
I got the original idea after travelling to downtown Phoenix
for a short trip to the local art museum, when I got a good
look at some of the older styled buildings further downtown.
So, borrowing from the original designs of the older
styled office buildings, I built a version of my own,
and a small harborside to compliment it.
Here's a view of some unofficial "business" about the harborside.

Here's a nice overall view of the model.

...and of course, you can't forget a closer look!

And my last image thus far.

So, what did you think? Was this a decent attempt to render
a town scene? How did I do on the building design?

Suggestions, comments and questions would be most appreciated.
