| | I was wondering if anyone else has come up with a good way to do 1/4th stud offsets. Normaly an offset is done with this part. (URL) that gets you half a stud. Since LEGO parts seem to always fit together so nicely its hard to get a minute offset. I (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.build)

| | | | (...) I'd say your way is pretty good! That's a clever idea, taking half the offset on each side that way. People have also demonstrated 1/5 stud offsets as well, (IIRC Gianluca Morelli did I think), so using these two together it ought to be (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.build)

| | | | When I first decided to do this progect. I was thinking it would be harder to do. But to get the idea of what I did, I made a 5 and half wide section. Then offset that to the train car.
