Well this time I hope I have posted this to the right newsgroups... :P

Here is my entry for the Town Comp held by Kevin Wilson.

It is called: 'Lorikeet Lakes' (and is for a long time project that is going
to take me forever to come around... called Brickelle Estate -
http://www.geocities.com/legomel/brickelleestate.html).  This is the second
building so far regarding this site. (each building in the estate is
identified with a unique name... hence 'Lorikeet Lakes').

L.L. is a Large House, not a Hotel like some think :P... it only has three
bedrooms!  But they are large and luxurious!  Connected to the Lounge room
is a flowing waterfall which leads to the lakes (river)...

There are 9 balconys all up.  The house is situated on both stilts and flat
ground.  Certain sections are connected to rockface.  Gardens and pathways
surround the house and the landscapes.

This particular home has just been recently bought by The Danish's... Mr
Svern and Mrs Asara Danish and their three children...  Ena, Ossian and Pede.
------------

I'll leave it there so not to bore you... just look at the pics....
Please excuse the glary pictures and thanks to Aaron Coghill for taking them :)

Thanks and I hope you enjoy my First Comp entry ever :)

(...) Looks great! I like the architecture. I'd love to see some pics pointing out the details a bit more. --Bram Bram Lambrecht bram@cwru.edu www.bldesign.org (23 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

(...) <snip>. (...) A beautiful setting. Looks like it would be very relaxing to live there. I like how you completely avoided the square box syndrom that plagues so many of us. (Myself included). I like the changing roof line, and all the (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

(...) Wow....the detail is amazing Mel. Doing 25 "estates" is an amazing goal you set for yourself. I just hope you don't go bankrupt doing it :) Also really like the way other themes flowed into the project...the baseplates...assuming you used (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)
