I'm just learning this stuff, so don't quote me. The plastic is damaged by light at the more energetic end of the spectrum: ultraviolet. After time, it reflects less of the visible light at that end of the spectrum: white plastic starts to absorb (...) (22 years ago, 27-Feb-02, to lugnet.build)
