What is Neo-Oz Manufacturing (NOM) without a manufacturing plant?

This diorama is based on NERV Headquaters (from Evangelion, refer to the last
image) and Sun Yun and Brian Cooper's works. Thanks guys!
The mechas in the plant are the finished NOM-01 and the "incubating" Eva based
03 (the red torso) and 04 (the spine on the very right). As you can see,
production of neither of my Evas is going very well :( Maybe now that they
have a whole manufacturing plant devoted to them I will be able to finish at
least the 03 in the near future.
