(...) 1. Nice smooth top - very slick. 2. Very shweet band of greebles near the engine! VERY Space 1999 IMO! Everything just works so well. The thing that I like is how the use of the band and smooth top actually takes your attention away from the (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

(...) Beautifully ugly, Jon! I love how you work with brown and gray. Lots of functionality to this MOC. I think the Lobot head has a perfect placid look on his face for being a monk. :^) Spedoinkel! ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head -- Mark's Lego (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Jon, this is simply awesome! ;-D Excellent details/"greebles", nice colours, and great form. The interior of the habitat is full of terrific stuff. Your use of the AT-ST hatch round tile on the toilet is beautiful! ;-D Thanks for the inspiration. (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

(...) It's the best flying box I've seen! Asymmetry = good! I love the habitat too. Great use of different angles and shapes in a primarily blockish form. The interior details and all your hatches and doors are excellent too. Maybe I should try to (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

(...) I kind of like it better thinking of it as a giant microfig freighter or something. It has intrigued me at any rate. Lots of cool details. I really like the unorthodox use of the technic piston housing. -Mike Petrucelli (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

holy freakin wow! first, your new site design is SOOOO sweet now on to the MOC... thx for taking such GREAT pics. this pic really shows something important, the use of 2 flat surfaces w/ greeblies in the gap. you find this in lots of anime design (...) Ooooh that's cool. The greebly seem is uber-neato. And so is the roof of the little pod thingy. You are very good at this grey/dark grey/brown color scheme. And the pics are durn sweet too. Very good work. (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

(...) mmmmm-- nice! Wow, is that ever a piece of great, and thoughtful design (much like the site, IMO)-- Just like Syd Mead- it's got a nice, cramped, utilitarian look, beautiful colours, and a great little story! Amazing! Fabulous! You should be (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)
Re: New MOC: The Bison... Does it make double-sided copies?

(...) Jon, Does your MOC do double-sided copies? What kind of toner does it use? I'm just kidding. I'm very impressed by your creation! I love the section that comes out and swings open into three parts. This looks like you have spent a lot of time (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)
