As some of you may know, I have been messing around with the idea of Lego
Ferrari models. I have gone through some major versions of my Ferrari, some
of which didn't even look like one, until I have come to my final version. I
just finnished my Ferrari F-40 v7.0. It has an opening hood, trunk, and
doors, ajustable seats, moving (not working, yet) handbrake, working
steering via steering wheel, and loads of other features. The engine is an
adaptation of the shell exclusive Ferrari F-1 model, and features bars going
across to help with torque. The windshield idea was inspired by Bram's
Lamborghini and Delorean models. The headlights are the windscreens from the
new Cloud Car with printed-out pictures of F-40 headlights put behind them.
I hope you enjoy my model, and as always, LMKWYT! If everything works out
right, those of you attending Brickwest will be able to see it first hand!

| (...) Great job, Nick! This definitely looks like a Ferrari. All the reworking you did has paid off. (...) I hope to see it! Maybe I can bring my Diablo too...it's getting quite dusty after a year though :) --Bram Bram Lambrecht bram@cwru.edu (...)
