Yeah, that's my block too.  I have no problem with nearly anything on
a LEGO model being non-functional, but wheels seem different somehow.
I look at it, and the bike works for me, except for a nagging voice
sputtering "But, but they don't turn!"  I don't know if I'd have ever
thought of using those pieces in such a way.

Must be an example of how LEGO is destroying creativity by including
special pieces like turning wheels.  ;^)

I guess you guys will just have to *gasp* use your imagination!!!
