Yes you're right except it wasn't Steve I don't think, it was the designer,
I still have his card somewhere.

Yes... I think bringing out one pack of 4 colors was better than bringing
out a pack that just had one. This is a kind of part that is useful in a lot
of colors. (cf the service pack that has the various 1x1 plates/tiles with
clips. given the upper bound on SKUs that LD wants to handle, I'd rather
have this pack even if the ratios aren't exactly right for ME, than just
have the parts in one color)
Now just give us another pack with red, blue, yellow, green, and another one
with brown, and tan and sand green and sand red... :-)
