Hey, you may have a point there.  I've got enough of them for normal stuff,
but being able to buy them by the pound opens up some *very* interesting
modelling possibilities :)

Indeed.

- Architecturally, things get MUCH more interesting when you can offset
walls and suchlike by 1/2 stud.

- They're just about a must for doing odd width vehicles.

- I use them for door recesses and bulges on rolling stock.

And that's just off the top of my head. TRES useful part.

(...) Definitely. Another item for the list - mosiacs, I built one this summer and being able to offset things by a half added tons of detail. The thing was, I ran out at some point!.... I guess I won't have to fret over it! The trees sound tasty (...) (23 years ago, 17-Nov-01, to lugnet.build)
