Another good idea is to consider purchasing the Mnifig Sculpture. Or getting
your hands on instructions. The head isn't exactly "human" but it certainly
taught me how to build a sphere and gave me ideas on how to build texture. I
have a brickshelf folder with a dat file rendering of that sculpture that you
might like to check out.

And for those that are interested, I found that "LEGO" related cartoon in the
Sunday paper back in July. I went ahead and built the little guy for the fun of
it, but also to show that the picture of the model doesn't match the printed
instructions.
