Since I haven't posted any creations in quite a while I thought I would share a
few buildings I have been working on.
The first is my movie theater. This is a rebuild of what I submitted to the
Town Building Contest(1) last year. Some of you saw this at BrickFest this
summer. I've begun work on redoing the interior since then, beginning with the
addition of the white wainscoating around the lobby.
Second, is a building that I started a few weeks ago. I was sitting outside
the public library in my town eating kettlecorn and I looked across the street
and saw a buildind that had teal colored details on it. It screamed LEGO to
me. My version actually started with the teal corners and grew in random
directions from there. I'm running low on pieces so this building is on hold
for a while.
Both can be seen at

1- is this happening again this year?
2- The vender was called Kountry Kettle Korn, I wonder if they know the
significance of their initials. :/

| Those are both really great. The use of color is nice and they both have a good level of detail. They don't look "flat" like many 2nd rate LEGO buildings. | (...) It will happen again, but not until a year has passed from the last one, so look for it at the beginning of 2002.
