Re: My Latest MOC-- a Chateau

(...) Well, got about 100 from Brickbayers, and the rest from 50 copies of the Oasis Ambush ( (URL) ) Don't have to kill to get them-- well, maybe your *bank* account;-) -John (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.trains.org)

Re: Turntables (was: The Royal Train Website)

Several people have cut track in half and use the cut side toward the gap. For example for a turn table you'd use 1 cut track (two 1/2's) for the turn table itself and 1 cut track (two 1/2's) for every two radial sidings. However Kim Toll, another (...)   Re: "2001: A Lego Odyssey" - A New Lego Movie!

I don't mean to assume, but I'm interested in how you did this. Judging by the QT format is it safe to say you used some type of digital video camera (like the every day Hi8 / Digital8 Cameras) and transferred it over firewire to something like (...)   Re: Christmas Service in My Cathedral

Sorry for the delay in response. My internet access was down. My cathedral is modular. I used sub-parts a lot (there are about 20 sub-parts). For instance, each side of the nave is a separate part, and the floor is yet another one. Each of those (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle, lugnet.build)

  Re: The Royal Train Website

Fantastic creations set in a beautiful layout. In the town scene what part was used for the roof of the red car in the bottom left hand corner? Any chance of having gallery pictures of your vehicles?   Re: MOC: Bridges for Trains

Sorry about that. I didn't realize what I had done untill I got finished loading all my images. I discovered you tend to get spoiled when you switch to a cable server, unfortunately, not everyone can enjoy it! I take some time tomorrow to reload (...)   Re: MOC: Bridges for Trains

Adrian, Some very impressive pieces of engineering! The outside trusses and sheer scale must make it very exciting to follow a train across. Please, some shots of your curved bridges too. -BMW (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)

(...) Maybe he did like Troy C. did and bought about a million of the 5938 Oasis Ambush set (see (URL) to see what I did with them) Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.trains.org)

Re: Dark Gundam 03 - more

(URL) one looks great. I like that it is to minifig scale. I am amazed at how large you are working. How did you find/get/order those Dacta gears? (...) The beam saber is my favorite part so far. Bryce McGlone (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
