  Re: Fully motorized sports car

Very cool - I'm amazed at how small it is given that it contains both steering and drive motors. I'm irritated that micro-motors are no longer available (at least last time I checked LEGO didn't have any more and didn't know if they would get more). (...)   Re: Spaceship Engine Pics

Looks good! I'm currenty putting some of those new starwars parts to use for a propulsion system too.. You can sortof see the beginnings of it here: (URL) (It's hard to see the actual thrust cones in the shot there though, since they're standing (...)   Re: Fully motorized sports car

Considering the motors, it still ended up pretty sleek! I like the side air intakes and rear lights. They are well done. And you did a good job at concealing the micro motor. I also like the front mudguards... Fredrik (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Fully motorized sports car

Hi Bram, well done!! Such a small car with two motors!! Fantastic! I allways struggeled to fix a steering motor into my large technic vehicles. Anyway, the time I tried this, none mircomotor existed. I really love the front and rear part of the car. (...) (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

(...) Wow, that looks Great!! I wish I could do such realistic looking cars. How about a dat file so the rest of us could try it? Gary The Alaskan Brick (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

  Fully motorized sports car

This evening, I decided to challenge myself to build a small, yet cool looking fully motorized vehicle. Turned out I had the extra challenge of photographing a black model :) My previous attempt at a very small and fully motorized vehicle was too (...) Where can I find pictures of minifig scale dogs? Thanks in advanced. Scott Member 718 (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: Spaceship Engine Pics

The shots look great and so does the model. I am totally jealous about those new SW parts! Mladen Pejic <milovan@netcom.ca> wrote in message news:G5n3wB.LL@lugnet.com... (...) of my (...) digital (...) (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Spaceship Engine Pics

Check out my latest spaceship LEGO model, or at least the back-end of it: (URL) just got a Toshiba 2.3 megapixel 2.3 optical zoom PDR-M60 Digital Still Camera (early birthday present ;-)) and so decided to take some pictures of my latest stuff.   Re: Anyone ever tried a B-17 model?

(...) I only had 3 people in it. It was an odd scale, the wings wernt right, so I scrapped it and went P-38 (Which turned out nice). Rick (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: Anyone ever tried a B-17 model?

(...) Oops, I was thinking B-2 (Stealth Bomber). My mistake. You're right, for a B-17, you're better off with an MF cockpit. Kev Z (Who usually knows his aircraft ;-) ) #142 (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: model of us supreme court building??

(...) I'm surprised it didn't appear in LEGOLAND. On the Ultimate LEGO Book on pages 102-103 it shows the US Capitol out of 1.6 Million LEGO bricks, as well as the Jefferson Memorial, and the Old Post Office, now a shopping center. No US Supreme (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: Anyone ever tried a B-17 model?

(...) Better cockpit would be the Millenium Falcon as the size may be a problem if you were to use a single seater B-Wing one. Good news is that I can now get more of the larger cockpit in the Life on Mars Starship for 2001! Actually, I'd like to (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: Anyone ever tried a B-17 model?

(...) I have been thinking of building one for some time. I have built an F-4 Phantom (minifig Scale). It took about 3 hours (one evening). My guess is you'll need a lot of black slopes and a B-Wing Cockpit windshield. Kev Z #142 (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

Anyone ever tried a B-17 model?

Has anyone ever tried their hand at creating a LEGO B-17 in either bricks or LCAD? If so, can you pass on DAT files or photos? I am trying to convince myself a project like that is not something I have time for! :) Thanks! jake (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: Tommy Gun (.45 Thompson SMG)

(...) Argh! Let him be cast out! 'cos I always thought that the point of Lego was to join it together by the studs... I've done a minifig Tommy-Gun too. Mine is a black classic space hand-held antenna/scanner/gun/whatever they were (OK, so the real (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
