Re: BYFMTWW: Bring Your Favorite Minifig To Work Week

(...) Howdy Folks. Sorry to bring up some critisism here but i have to say that i think Todd doesnt handle this correct. How could it happen that a celebration of _that_ importance could pass by without me recognizing it? Every day in office i took (...)   Deadline for Voting???

G'day, What's the deadline for submitting the votes? There's no mention of one in the email ballot, and I can't find anything in this group or at the central site. Thanks to massive overtime, my car being in the garage, and then getting a flat (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: New film

(...) I meant what Bram posted. Just put all the groups you want to post to into one post. At the time though I hadn't realized that you'd posted to several groups. I thought you'd only posted into mecha which would give you a much smaller audience. (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Todd, I have problems emailing the votes

Hello Todd, At this moment, Hotmail is a bit unstable (or incredibly slow) in Holland, so I wondered if my votes for the Classic Space Contest came through to you. Please let me know. Thanks, Bas (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.contests)

  RE: New film

(...) Instead of copying and pasting your message to a bunch of different groups, just put the name of all the groups you want to post to in the "To:" field of one message. That way the replies will all be in the same thread. --Bram Bram Lambrecht (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Did all the Classic Space votes make it in?

I sent my ballot in Monday, and I believe that yesterday was the deadline. Are they all now in the counting/reconciling process? -- Tony Hafner www.hafhead.com (24 years ago, 14-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: different idea for cockpit

(...) Check out "lugnet.cad"... I used MLCAD to "render" (display) my DAT file (Lego-CAD *_data_* file), and then I used L3P (and L3P-Add-On) to create the necessary POV code to ray-trace the image. Then, I used MSPhotoEditor to convert the bitmap (...) (24 years ago, 14-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, lugnet.cad)

  Re: different idea for cockpit

(...) Awesome! Is it top-heavy, though? Really neat design, but I can never be satisfied unless a model has lots of firepower. Why not mount a swivel turret underneath the joint, and include a vertical hinge. Then you'll have a powerful, (...) (24 years ago, 14-Dec-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
