  Ferris Wheel

Okay. Before I embark on this project of creating a ferris wheel from legos... I was wondering if anyone has done this and has pictures of it online... If so, I would also be curious to see any building designs (mlcad)... This project is for a first (...) (24 years ago, 7-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Two Design Problems

I am having a hard time solving two design problems related to the base I am building. Problem 1: I want to use a single motor to (slowly) raise a vertical shaft (e.g., a Technic axel mounted vertically) 8 to 16 studs. After raising the shaft to (...) (24 years ago, 7-Nov-00, to lugnet.build)

(...) tan (...) How many do you need and what might you be willing to pay for them? Thanks, Will (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.build)

(...) Get the set number from Brickshelf, and then search for it on Ebay. You can usually find near-retail (or cheaper) pricing, and bidding for little sets like that isn't usually all that competitive. Sam W. (URL) (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.build)
