Check out the Levsport 1000 hovercar and the Cheetah hovercycle. See them in the Civilian section at- (URL) Amacher (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, lugnet.build)

  RE: Articulated, motorized space rover

(...) You should have seen the pictures I took of the Cleveland skyline at night...the only light was from the lights of the buildings. (...) That was the idea, just bigger :) (...) I like it too...it was hard to make it wide enough for a minifig to (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

  RE: Articulated, motorized space rover

(...) Thanks! (...) There are actually computers mounted upside down along with all those levers and lights, but they're kind of hard to see. (...) I know...but I took these pictures in rather low light (the lights in my room are quite weak), so the (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

  Re: Articulated, motorized space rover

(...) My favorite part is the cockpit- you did a great job at cramming in all those computers. The studs-down use of that window makes for a killer front end, too. You've got a much better camera than I'm using... but you need to hold it still! -- (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

  Re: Articulated, motorized space rover

Hi Bram! Grats on the new camera. You might want to use a tripod. I've noticed from using my Nikon that when I take a picture with no flash, the shutter stays open longer and the slightest movement results in blur. Those are some nifty wheels you (...)   Re: Articulated, motorized space rover

(...) Oh my oh my! That is a very cool model. Excellent looks, and it works! The combination of those two is what makes for my favorite models. Hey TLG! This would make a fine UCS entry for your new Mars series. (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

  Re: LEGO Foosball table

(...) Not me, but avery good suggestion. Does the RCX have enough outputs? I assume by a football table you mean the ones with the players on bars across it that rotate or slide across laterally? Of course if you were designing a robot to play in (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.sports, lugnet.build, lugnet.gaming, lugnet.robotics)

  Captain Ahnee and the Dipwads

This morning, I awoke to find a bunch of messages in my inbox. While this isn't unusual, the message from Dan Jassim was. In a nutshell, he's...well, you have to see it to believe it.   Re: Classic Space set design and building contest

I have few guestions regarding colors and parts. First, the colors. Did these pieces come in black in the Classic Space theme: 1x1 plate, 1x1 round brick, and 1x4 tile? When doing a part count, do the antenna style levers count as one piece? (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)
