OK. Here's my first entry. This is the ship that TLG would never have made back then, but that everyone of us would have wanted... a fighter ! The Starfighter's design was heavily influenced by the venerable Starfleet Voyager-Class exploration (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

Yes - I think the reason I missed the color originally is that its pretty faded on the real building. Also, the colors are blended. Thanks Eric for that link, I've been admiring those already. Has any one got any ideas how to model flat front wind-screens/shields in six-wide? I can't find a method I'm happy with. This has more to do with buses though, but I'd be interested to (...) (24 years ago, 31-Oct-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

(...) I don't buy that argument- the classic sets had very few specialty pieces. That's the beauty of classic space. They did so much with mostly basic parts.
