Re: Team USA 1999 Women's World Cup Soccer Champions

(...) I missed this when it was first posted. Very cool, nice work. I had no idea there were quite so many different types of sunglasses heads till you used several different kinds. Sometimes it just doesn't register... Also, how did you print your (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.general, lugnet.sports)

Re: What is that mysterious green thing?

(...) In gundam terms, they're called "Beam Swords". This leads to all kinds of things like "Beam Sheilds" and "Beam Javelins" as well. eric (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Although not a real mecha...

(...) :) (...) Thanks (...) All parts were built in real life although I just built one leg and one side of the body. I had to build it because I didn't know if everything would fit. (...) Absolutely! although the foot-lower leg connection uses a (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) looks (...) I don't like it. I don't like it one bit. Well, more accurately, I don't like the prospect of facing it in battle. I better keep working. It looks cool. Later, Gino A... (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Although not a real mecha...

Sure it's mecha... Wow! I love the way you did the joints, very creative! I also like the upper body, and the front chin mounted laser cannons, great job! Questions: Did you build it in real life? Are the joints strong? What is that thingy in the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: What is that mysterious green thing?

(...) Hrm, an array of orange missiles...that idea has some bizarre comedic merit :) (...) then, (...) I'm working on it. I figured when it was midnight last night and I had to be at work in 7 hours, it might be time to stop playing with the lego (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: What is that mysterious green thing?

(...) Maybe if you gave him some li'l pumpkins to throw. (...) Looks cool. Now you just need to give him some big ol' weapons. :^D ~Mark (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Although not a real mecha...

Heck, yeah... it may be Star Wars, but I think it still qualifies as a mecha. Question: Do the joints move? ~Mark (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
