Hi everyone, I'm not really a .castlehead, but this "proof of principle" has taken a Castle flavour so I'll post it there too--maybe you'll get a chuckle out of it. ;) The backstory is that I recently bought some Znap, and I happened to put two (...) Great mech. I like the face, it reminds me a lot of Optimus Prime. I have some of those pieces that you've used for the "mouth" laying around wondering what to do with them, well now I know. (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I usually build castles, but this is my first foray into building microfig (or maybe nanofig?) scale MOC spaceships: (URL) are two ships, a gray and orange cruiser named the Ares, and a green and gray tanker named the Neptune. Very nice! I like the use of the green elements; not something you see much of in mechs. You're right, though. You need to build up the thighs and hide those throwbot joints on the hips better.
