  Re: What happend with brickcommander.com

(...) Roland, I did notice that about 2 to 3 weeks ago he uploaded instructions for several Star Trek micros. They included Excellcior, Voyager, Reliant, and I think another model. As I said, that was less than a month ago (although it could have (...) (16 years ago, 18-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  What happend with brickcommander.com

Hello all, I was just wondering if something is wrong with brickcommander.com. It hasn't been updated in 5 months, being updated weekly until now makes me worry. Also the owner 'primus' hasn't answered his emails in awhile. anyone has more (...) (16 years ago, 18-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Vignette - Requiem.

(...) No, they've never done any sort of modern military helmet, and there are currently only six recent detailed modern/future weapons (SW blaster, SW rifle, SW pistol, tommygun, short barrel semi-auto, and long-barrel semi-auto). No bolt-action (...) (16 years ago, 17-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Vignette - Requiem.

The figures helmets and rifles are from Brickarms. Not sure of the name of the piece holding the rifle but I've got loads of 'em. Dr. S. (16 years ago, 17-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Vignette - Requiem.

(...) 68 views and no replies?!? What a bunch of lame-o's we are! A very cool vignette--poignant and effective, with an economy of bricks. I like the tree, and I like the overall staging. Forgive a dumb question, but I'm not really up on LEGO (...) (16 years ago, 17-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: New Lego Set # 10189 - Taj Mahal

(...) Arthur, thanks for the input. I was curious if you had anything to do with it. Though I noticed style elements that are different from yours. You and Adam have really gotten me hooked at trying to build MOCs from the two different perspective (...) (16 years ago, 10-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

Re: New Lego Set # 10189 - Taj Mahal

(...) I guess I've been waiting for this thread to appear on lugnet so I could make some comments... I've received a number of e-mails and read some things on the web that I would like to respond to in regard to Lego's new Taj Mahal model. 1. I had (...)   Herding Sheep Over a Minefield...

Yeah, I'm kind of in an odd mood - this is the second creation, a vignette this time, in what I've decided to call my "Animals At War" series - a pathetic attempt to give credibility to a sick subject. So here we see some sheep being herded across a (...) (16 years ago, 6-Aug-08, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.announce, FTX)

  Soviet MineDog.

Yeah, this is kind of sick, but it's based on real events. Don't ask me how because I can't remember but the topic of Mine Dogs came up in a recent chat session, and my befuddled mind decided to build one. In WWII The Soviets trained half-starved (...)
