| This is still not the "final product", I just connected my slightly rebuilt church to the park. There are some odd-color pieces I will change. (Mosty fences.) Unfortunately, I'm no programmer, but I think that it would be possible to perform the calculations you describe in a spreadsheet, if provided with the RGB values for each pixel in the image.
