In lugnet.space, Jon Walker wrote: <snip> (...) Brilliant! Just spectacular! I like how I saw lots of Bab 5 bits of ships in there--the canons and other things. Love it! Dave K (18 years ago, 26-Aug-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.schleim)

Stuff I like: (3 URLs) I'm not so keen on the saucer bit up front - I think a flatter, more angular head would have been better. Also, missiles. I'm a sucker for missiles. Apart from those minor nitpicks it's quite stunning. I'll be borrowing bits (...) (18 years ago, 26-Aug-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Very impressive. And it has a very professional look, right out of a sci-fi movie. Andreas (18 years ago, 26-Aug-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  SNOT SHIP - T93 Solaris

This SHIP started in 2002 as an experiment to build a click-hinge based cylinder, and eventually became a composite of various SNOT and non-standard building techniques. I don't have any cool sci-fi backstory about the origin or purpose of the (...) (18 years ago, 26-Aug-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX) !!

(...) VERY nice MOC; I like the log-build garage the most, especially the layered roof it looks very authentic. Arne, Copenhagen (18 years ago, 25-Aug-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: gibbous7

(...) Hello! What a great bot! Is there a Minifig inside? This gibbous7 is cool! Really good job to create a 3 feet tall Mecha. Only the background for your pictures look "bad" to display so cool mecha. Regards (18 years ago, 25-Aug-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Large Tropical Hillside House

WOW! I could look at your house all day. But I have other things to do! Let me just pick out one of many fantastic details for special praise. Your ponds are fantastic. Placing items below the clear plates was simply genius. The ponds fit in (...) (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Large Tropical Hillside House

Ah, Mel, so beautiful! I love the waterlily pond. Looking at it closely, you've got orange starfish (and other stuff?) under the clear plates to produce the underwater effect. And as always I wonder where on earth you find some of the array of (...) (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Q*Bert

(...) LOL! I have no idea where Q*bert goes when he jumps off the side. But then again, since the game was designed around M.C. Escher's designs, which side is up? Thanks for the feedback everyone!! "Big Daddy" Nelson (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Large Tropical Hillside House
