 Building / *39025 (-10)
  Contest rules

Okay, for everyone who feels like going for it as-is, here are the rules, expanded: 12" to the shoulders. An inch higher, and anything shorter, is fine - don't get hung up on it. Make whatever adjustments you like within reason - color, detail, (...) (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.contests)

Re: Blatant thievery with a twist.

(...) Sure... The photo isn't the best, due to the fact that I have lousy indoor lighting (part vampire, I guess) and once it was mounted, I wasn't about to take it down to photograph it outside. Anyhow from the top left to bottom right, order of (...) (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

  Re: Mech-off

(...) snip (...) If Soren's challenge is too hard for you, just say so. There's no shame in admitting failure. a (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.contests)

  Frozen sort of Caption Contest

(URL) Hey, think up a good caption for this pic I took in the freezing fog a couple days ago. The best I hear by December 25th will get a prize - this guy mailed to them (as soon as the snow melts and I can find him again). Good luck! -Matt :) (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.fun, lugnet.general, lugnet.build.minifigs, FTX) !!

(...) Very well done, Janey. If you don't like the maths, stay out of the classroom ;) Unfortunately, it's a little hard to read a couple of the panels, would you be able to translate for us? Thanks ROSCO (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

  Re: Roberts-<______> Mech-off

(...) I'll give it a go, and on your terms too. I feel like a challenge even if Eric doesn't. Just to clarify: 12" to the shoulders? And does it have to be poseable? I'm not sure I could build that with any amount of mobility in the hips and get it (...) (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.contests)

(...) If the actions of an individual you know only from a forum such as this is genuinely causing you heartache, you really need to take a step back and re-examine your priorities, because you're investing way too much emotion here.   Blatant thievery with a twist.

While perusing Eric Harshbarger's site, I noticed his Twenty-One Mural (URL) And of course, all my close friends know what a fan of math I am!!! .... add to that, the need to fill a blank wall, the desire to have a Lego "corkboard" for memos above (...)   Re: Mech-off

Don't read anymore if you can't take some nastiness, because you just got my back up. Eric, your constant whinging, passive-aggressive personal attacks, and cowering behind the skirts of someone who actually posted a new set of rules, are all really (...)
