Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

(...) Nice Work Jeff, upon first inspection I thought it was something from Starblazers. Very cool hull shape and paint scheme. My only real complaint was the guns, but you addressed that already. I'd love to see it in person. -Keith (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: The Compendium - Mecha Builders Links *update*

(...) -snip- I'd like to split the page containing the builders links in to two sections. Like this: Builders Links: Browse by Text Links. Browse by Thumbnails. This way you can have a choice in format. Plus when you click on the page, your not (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Entry - MPC - Marcus Clancy - medium

This is my entry for the medium class. Yes it is a GlaGla frame. I wanted to post this because I used Master Gla's frame design to start my mecha creations a couple of years back. I always wanted to thank him for the inspiration he has given me and (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: More mecha

(...) I browsed through a bunch of your mechs, and if I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I like the Troll--that new Jedi fighter canopy just looks perfect on it. I only wish the chin-mounted auto cannon were modeled more realistically. When I first (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  A few things I promised.

Here's my entry for the large category. He just barely makes the cut at exactly 12 inches high. It's the Bateleur Jus' Kickin Back and relaxing. Deep link: (URL) again -Jon (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Ham - The Space Monkey

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

Now that is a cool ship to model! I am totally intrigued by the front end of that ship! So VERY cool how you made the it! I like all the design features, from the rear end fan tail shrouds to that magnificent front end! Plus you completed the build (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: My First Real Dive Into The World Of Mech-Dom: The KOP Trooper

  first public mecha

I have finally done it. I got pictures and have uploaded them. (URL) is my baby. Actually it more resembles a fatter middle aged man with a beer gut.   Re: Harbor crane / horse and cart

I like that a lot. It takes courage to look at something round with domes and strange non-symetrical angles and think, "I'll make that out of Lego"! Details that really grabbed me was the crane ams, very well done and the pilings in the sea that the (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Ham - The Space Monkey

Gorgeous, Nelson. I did a spit take when I saw (URL) photo>. (That's a good thing.) Fine details all around. It's cool enough that you built a space monkey, but the props in the Monkey House really help define this guy, and are brilliantly executed. (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Meteor

Hey Nelson, There's some interesting SNOT work there...though it looks like an alien craft rather than a meteor. Hmm. It is quiet here. Someone post so I can change the featured MOC! -- Nathan Wells (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Cottage

(...) Thanks, the grill is my favorite detail as well; funny how a whole creative effort can produce/distill one gem in a larger MOC. Jeff (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)
