I'm not sure if I saw you at BrickFest, but thanks for stopping by the mecha room! I think egain is a great first effort-- very original, with some good ideas. Looks like the only problem lies in the joints, which is after all one of the hardest (...) (20 years ago, 30-Aug-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

You mentioned the small arms in the torso so I figured I'll point out that I modified them to look even more "Masamune Shirowish" recently. on some of his Landmates he has uses for those small arms such as holding weapons so I made it possible (...) I've never been a fan of minifig legs as hands - and at your scale, his hand should probably be closer to three wide than four wide. but i should emphasize that it is the ONLY thing I dont like.
