  Re: Hardsuit Redesign

In lugnet.build.mecha, Chris Maddison wrote: Great use of shovels on the guns, some really cool joint tech (I'm getting skooled bigtime), Thanks Chris, but as far as you being skooled.......I don't think so. The joint tech I copied from your (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  HoverByX; Civ MOC contest

I made these hoverbikes from the Xpod sets, thus the name 'HoverByX'. (8 URLs) The red & yellow sporty ones are my personal favorites. The yellow one was made first just to see if i could make a minifig scale vehicle from an Xpod set. Then, I (...)   Seattle Public Library MOC

Hello All, After much fanfare and a weeks long events of the grand opening of the new Seattle Central Library a few members of SEALUG showed off some stuff at a LEGO display on Sat. 29th for Kids & Family day.   RE: Giant LEGO Mosaic In Owen Sound, Ontario

Some more follow up on the mosaic... We did a test assembly of all the panels except for one that was stranded in the trunk of a car. Don't ask. Anyways, the test went well, so we're in good shape for the final public assembly on June 8th! Here's a (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

  Re: Hardsuit Redesign

(...) holy carp! this thing knocked my socks off! there is nothing i dislike about this mecha. as you may know, i also occasionally revisit a mecha and make it better. the results are always positive, and your moc is no exception. i really like the (...)   Re: Giant Demonic Armor!

(...) --SNIP-- (...) A kindred spirit! This is much closer to Mecha than my Castle/Mech hybrids, I'd say. I'm always going after organicness with my creations, so really the only 'mech' part about them is the way they work internally. I think you've (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Three-part fighter and robotic spy

(...) Thank you. (...) Um, you may be confusing the chicken and the egg here. I actually made the LDraw file first, then attempted to make the wings in real life. Unfortunately one of the things that LDraw can't simulate is gravity. I soon (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Ronin attack mecha

(...) Hey Chris, nice mecha you've got there! Cool way to use that wedge plate for a helmet decoration. Very old school classic leg design, never a bad way to go. But with something this big, those arms look kinda wimpy. I'd suggest beefing them up (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)
