  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) I'm glad you like it. Dobbin was originally 2 plates narrower, but looked far too thin like that. There's no such thing as 'too big' with Shire Horses! Jason Railton (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Re: Stop Press: Biff and Sandy Retrieval Mission Stimulates Rural Economy!

(...) That was just a bit of fun with the bubble. You can find more pictures of Dobbin off this thread: (URL) ...along with lots of people who've presumably never stood next to a Shire Horse calling it 'too tall' or 'a bit fat'. Trust me, there's no (...) (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) There may be some odd stuff going on with firewalls or proxies. The 'joefish.co.uk' should put up an automated redirecting frame to where the page is. Try this link, to where the images are hosted: (URL) Jason Railton (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) Because everything of British origin I build you seem eager to immediately ascribe to somewhere else in Europe! It's 'Eurotrash' horses now is it? Have a look at 'Yeoman' some way down this page - over 18 hands tall. (That's six feet to the (...) (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) I'm edging to look at it, but my computer won't let me open your page for some reason.... Josh (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) Thanks for that! Quite a bit BIGGER than the molded horses... if they are say, 15 hands, I make your Dobster to be 20 hands a least. That's what I thought even before you provided the reference. (...) When I posted I thought that was a breed (...) (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) Wow, this is great! 2 genius mocs, and a great storyline thing! nice horse, but it looks a bit fat. (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

(...) Do you have more pics available? Kinda funny little story here, but I'd like to know more. -Lenny (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Possibly a new, somewhat dastardly SNOT technique...

(...) Thanks! Actually, I don't think there's enough grip when used inside the 2+ plate tubes...that's my favorite thing about this method; it's VERY strong. Derek (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Xtreme X-Pod MOC Galore

Its done! Yesterday I asked myself how many MOCs I can create with the new X-Pods in 3 hours. I made at least 24 in that time, that means that I needed 7 1/2 mins per MOC. I have taken a picture of every MOC and made a simple site with all of them (...) (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX)

(...) Here's another picture then: (URL) Belgian? Is this some kind of wind-up? (2 URLs) They're as English as Her Majesty, patron of the society. Mind you, the royals are all Greeks and Germans... Hmmm... Jason Railton (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Stop Press: Biff and Sandy Retrieval Mission Stimulates Rural Economy!

This is possibly the mission's lowest bidder: (URL) "Send a ship? Send a ship? Tell you what, you don' wanna send no ship. All 'ey need is a tow. Don' need one o' them 'Space-Tracterrs' either. Me an' Dobbin'll do the job, haul 'em back here quick (...) (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The SNOT strikes back!

(...) Thanks for sharing! I laughed until snot(1) came out of my nose! I particularly enjoyed Dobbin. Is she a Belgian? Also if you get a chance, could you show her next to a molded horse for reference? Spotlighted! 1 - no, not SNOT, I don't keep (...) (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  The SNOT strikes back!

Enough of this 'Schleim' lark - it's time for some proper 'SNOT'. Another SNOT container and two classic forms of motive power for your enjoyment: (2 URLs) (With apologies in advance to HoMa... ;-) Jason Railton (21 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX) !!

Re: My army on field training exercise

Eric, I hope you find the place that fits you the best. Life is rough and time makes it difficult to find profitable ways which we love that can support us.   Re: B.I.Joe MOC: Water Moccasin

(...) Excellent! I only have three complaints: 1. The bricks simply don't exist to do this in teal, the proper color. 2. Headlight bricks built into the running boards would be great for providing minifig-style "pegs" so two more can come along for (...) (21 years ago, 2-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)
