But as for the head and face, well, it'd be minced. (...) Cool, I (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New Mecha - The Rizmit

(...) Hey Paul, cool man, the Rizmit should be on display here at the store for another 2 weeks. Come on down! What? You never seen a naked Mecha? LOL! e (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha - The Rizmit

(...) Tobbe! I had the model on display in the store for about 2 hours. I stood with it and I talked with people, and then moved it to somewhere more appropriate; the store front window. I still need to pose into more positions to show off its (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha - The Rizmit

(...) Hey JC, thanks for the feedback. I tried to build the cameras into the head and with the M-tron canopy the proportions were hard to keep small. Still the mecha frame was a triumph. cool deal, thanks. e (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New Mecha - The Rizmit

  Two New MOCs and Diorama

Hey everyone, I'm back with two new MOCs and a diorama featuring them. First off are the mechs. I posted them in the same folder, since they're built with the same idea in mind and there aren't a lot of pics of them... so here they are, Gruntbots (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Rizmit

There are few constants in this world; but one thing I can always count on is Eric Sophie coming up with a several foot tall mecha with a name that sounds like Snoop Dogg or E-40 lyric. So RR gets a makeover, eh? I can definitely see the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) snipped (...) Hmmm - it seems to be missing the pretty girls that usually get their photo taken with your mechas. Is there an update with said pics on the way? Bob (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Pair of Armored Mechs

(...) Thanks a lot! Well, if you look at the CoLUG pics, you'll see we had too much fun making them sumo-wrestle and so-forth. The pop-up cockpit was, in truth, inspired by Pez dispensers. As for the claws, note that the prototype has bony (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-38 Contest Entries

(...) Veddy cool Bram...I'd love to see the second one in fig scale. Cheers, -G (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: B.I. Joe: S.N.A.K.E. Battle Armor

(...) Hehe...thanks! Dr. Mindbender has a subroutine that permits hugs. He's an odd fellow - but the purple cape and big honkin' medallion likely clued us in to that fact already. Cheers, -G (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: B.I. Joe: S.N.A.K.E. Battle Armor

Re: Defense Appropriations approved (New MOCs)

(...) Mmmm...tank-y goodness. The use of the bionicle mask on the light tank is interesting. Cheers, -G (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: P-38 Contest Entries

(...) Bram, Well done on both entries, and I really dig the second one. It looks more spacey and less A-10 than the first. The hoses are a very nice touch, and you pulled it off working in mini scale (another great touch). -Nick (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.microscale)

  Re: P-38 Contest Entries

(...) Bram, Both are good. I especially like your second one though. It has a very 'natural' look to it. In other words the shape and features don't appear to be forced, but rather appear to have sprung from a necessary design. Well done. Brilliant (...)
