Hi Mattias, hey, great job on your Bf-109! I noticed your model a few hours ago and got really excited. The way you modeled the fuselage is awesome! (...) Yes, smaller projects do get finished faster. That one was 5 hours start to finish, but would have gone faster if I wasn't so hung over! Hi Pictures of my latest MOC the famous German WW2 fighter Messerschmitt Bf-109 are now available on Brickshelf (URL) model is slightly larger than the stud to a foot scale with a length of 33 studs (28 ft) and a wingspan of 38 studs (32,5 ft). Just for the record, notched axles work just fine... as long as you use enough of them. Quick experimentation showed me that using 6 or more produces a combined friction that holds the structure together quite tightly, even with the notched axles. (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jan-04, to lugnet.build)
