Re: New MOC: M-12 Mobile Weapons Platform (MWP)

(...) Haha... I *so* agree with you on that; machineguns never get boring. :-) Thanks Soren. (...) Yeah, you're right again. What can I say, I'm a man of compromise; I had to make do with the only trans elements I had enough of. Brown is definitely (...) (21 years ago, 21-Dec-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: M-12 Mobile Weapons Platform (MWP)

n»MDu make brown look gooood. This is probably the closest you've come to the Appleseed Mobile Platforms, in design terms, and I love it. Currently the cute little 30mm under the chin is my favorite weapon; after all that big nasty railgun (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

New MOC: M-12 Mobile Weapons Platform (MWP)

(URL) Click on Image Well, so this it. My fifth Mobile Platform. Sigh, I wish I was more excited, but after almost four years of building them I feel like moving on to something different. Aha! But that's what the year 2004 is for; a new objective (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !

  Christmas Manger

Here is a manger scene I made about a dozen years ago using pieces from small boxed starter sets that LEGO sold then. They had many small pieces (plates, slopes, 1x2 bricks with “faces”, etc.) that are useful for shaping the caricature of people and (...) (21 years ago, 19-Dec-03, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Old style danish country house in Miniland scale

Esben - I particularly like the SNOT techniques to get the effect of rocks in the foundations. The house has a very authentic Danish country feel. Did you base it on any house in particular? Alastair (21 years ago, 18-Dec-03, to lugnet.build)
