  Re: ooo...oooh! Barracuda!

(...) Hmmm...helicopters are VTOLs. Anyways, its a great chopper, love those intakes. How did you get that SNOT? Its great. The cockpit seems a bit on the large side tho.... but it still looks good :) -Spencer (21 years ago, 1-Jul-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

(...) In Swedish Jerk, Jerka, Jerker etc. are just variations of the name Erik/Eric. I think IKEA uses the same (Swedish) names for their products all over the world. Most of the IKEA names are names of villages, cities and people. -- Anders (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.build, lugnet.storage)

(...) Amazing Phillip! Simply amazing! The level of detail of this MOC is....amazing. Weapons, cockpit, and the studless look work very well. The way you built the engine cowling is definitelly something I can use on future MOCs. Take care. (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

LEGO Make and Create Roadshow in Dallas, Texas Pictures

I've posted the pictures I took at the LEGO Make and Create Roadshow in Dallas, Texas this past weekend, where TEXLUG and MSLTC teamed up. We had a lot of fun, and we have a lot of stories to tell, like MOC accidents and theft of property at the (...) (...) Veddy nice, Phil. The curves of the engine housings really keep the shape sleek and streamlined. The side mounted flarings on the nose also give the hint that a boatload of sensitive equipment lies just beneath. Slick. Cheers, -G (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: ooo...oooh! Barracuda!

Philip, Nice helicopter! I usually dislike helicopters, but I can't pinpoint why...Hmm. Anyway, great job on the AHB, I love the shape. the little intakes on the sides are really cool, looks like it could also double as a VTOL if you wanted it to. I (...)
