Re: It came from the mists, what kind of beast is this?

Snow Daddy! wow wow wow, I looked at the pix very carefully. This mech is very cool! I love the new joint tech, I really like the head and how you have the collar of skis, the mouth and eyes are great. The arms and legs are just fantastic! I dig how (...)   Need Blue Kakama

Hi everyone, I am trying to locate some blue Kakama olda masks for a project I am working on. I need 9 more if at all possible (been through 50 mask packs and didn't even find one). I am happy to purchase them, or have lots of other masks and (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: mini Snoopy

That's fabulous!! Amazing that you could capture the spirit of Snoopy in such a small scale! But do those parts actually exist in those colors? I doubt it... --Bill. (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.build)

Re: LEGO Mosaic: Auburn University logo

Hey Eric, Nice job. Is the War Eagle next? *ducks* Seriously, I like the idea of trying it studs-right. I might try that with my next mosiac. Again, very nice job, and thanks for pointing out my Gator head. Go Gators! :) -Anne (...) -- It might look (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.general)

  LEGO Mosaic: Auburn University logo

Well, I bet I had a much easier time building the Auburn University logo: (URL) Anne did building her Florida Gators logo: (URL) thing I really don't give a damn about schools, football teams, or such, or we might get a LEGO rivalry started [grin].   Re: What type of LUG marker? (was Re: New Mosaic: Map of the USA)

(...) I don't think that I'll be sending the map to 25 different gatherings, thanks. At $60 or so each way for shipping, it would add up awfully fast! The three main US fests are certainly a good place to start. I'm still wondering how to handle (...)   Re: What type of LUG marker? (was Re: New Mosaic: Map of the USA)

(...) I like the idea of leaving them on as long as possible. There are at least 25 colors of 1x1 round plates, so you could potentially include a whole boat-load of gatherings.   Useless part - or is it?

I recently acquired two NBA Collectors' sets. I like the minifigs, but the bases they stand on seem useless for building. Can anyone come up with a use for them? I'd love to see what you come up with. See here for an example: <set:3560> -Tim (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)
