  Who is this fig?

Can anyone identify this figure? I'm guessing he's some kind of sports player, probally soccer. He has a number 11 on front and back and they are printed, no stickers. I'm not sure if the head or legs are original. Front: (URL) for the help, jt (22 years ago, 17-Sep-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.general)

(...) Gah! You've stolen my idea (serves me right for not getting to it sooner!) But you've done a nice job. It's actually very close to what I was envisioning, right down to the vaporator as the statue. Your dewback is VERY nice. The only thing I (...)
