After long internal deliberation, I have decided that today is sorting day. I no longer have the depth of parts I need to create new mecha to my own standards. Kotaro, wow... STELLAR work! It's truly amazing how Japanese builders are able to convey so *much* with so few pieces. This model is such a perfect example of delicate construction, and intricate detailing. Simple things too jump at me, like the gun (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I think you're going to have a great career in sculpting. Really I think you capture the feel of Battletech/Mechwarrior in your work but my feelings, go bigger. Hello y'all again- After finding not one, but THREE 500 piece Creator Buckets (Blocks and plates ONLY) on sale for $8.00 a piece, I finally had enough pieces to do another Battlemech in Camo. Inspired by Mladen Pejic's PIXIE light hardsuit (URL) have created police and fire powered armor (URL) to Town for Police/Fire folks) Firefighting powered armor- "SALAMANDER" features: -heat/pressure/hepa resistant armor -proprietary exo-skeleton (...) Very nice! Question: How are the sides put together? It looks like there are just stacks of alternating green and white 2x2 bricks, but of course those would be seperate columns that wouldn't stick to the rest. Is there glue involved? Becoming increasingly disatisfied with my previous effort to model the Academy of Music, a now demolished Louis Sullivan bldg in Kalamazoo Michigan, I decided to tear it down and build new.
