  Re: Three New MOCs!

(...) Thanks Matt, so glad you liked it. Yes, the saucers are anti-gravity drives, and the red unit in the back is a heat sink. (...) Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Three New MOCs!

(...) Yup, definitely a departure from the conventional "tank" design! The Mammoth is very obviously born for battle. Great idea MP, I really dig the repulsorlift saucers (I'm assuming that's what they are...either way they're cool). The aft red (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: A-10 model in the brick!

(...) I think Mark gave me more credit than was due - all I have is a simple barrel and ammo drum, just like your pictures indicated. :) I could fit a longer cannon in (using a technic axle), but I don't know how it interacts with the drum so that (...)   Three New MOCs!

Hi all, I've been wanting to build a hovertank ever since the beginning of this year. For me, hovertanks are one of the most interesting land warfare vehicles to design. Setting about to make my tank look futuristic, and aggressive, I disposed of (...)   Abston College Christ Chapel

My next small church project... (URL) be a little larger than the GATS Church. I intended this would be portable, but it's pretty fragile. I'll probably not finish it until I've disassembled the Abston Church of Christ, so I can use that table, and (...)   Re: Evangelion Unit 14 Version 2.0 FireSkull

(...) Thanks Eric! I am glad that you like it. I can't wait to see your comments on my next Eva because when finished, it will be the most bizzare MS I have ever built (oh yeah, and it is going to have a big axe also). (...) Yep! You are absolutely (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: An interesting building idea...

(...) Do you mean 2 pairs (4 tracks, 8 rails) or just 4 rails (2 tracks, or 1 pair of tracks)??? The picture only shows 1 pair of tracks (in each direction... there's another pair running the other way) Neat device, thanks for sharing! (...)   Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

OMG! Dude!!! Professor Snead strikes again! WOW WOW WOW! Shuuwweeet!! Ok, where to begin? Notable Sneadified Mecha points: The Head: Very Snead. I like the flat and rounded contours of the head.   Re: Evangelion Unit 14 Version 2.0 FireSkull

Cool, As before I like all the shapes, the spine is so cool, really excellent. Legs and knees looking cool too! Hey nice Axes.   Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

(...) Thanks for the kind words and encouragement! I was hoping you would approve of the final product; after sitting with the model in my room for a couple of months, I beging to grow weary of it.   Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

(...) Thanks! I can't wait to see what you do with these joints. You're mecha are all so different...one never knows what to expect from Neo-Oz next! ;-) (...)   Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

(...) Thanks, Chris! I tried using other kinds of feet for this mecha, but as it turns out, the bevels and overall shape of the foot help this mecha achieve more realistic poses than the brick versions, so I went with them. "product line" (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

(...) Thanks, Geordan! I'm just trying to keep up with you and Mladen, with the studless mecha look. I probably would have made this mecha completely studless if Lego came out with 2x3 tiles... (...) Thanks again! Can't wait for your next mecha! (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New joint technology, and a new mecha

(...) Thanks, Mladen! I'm glad you like it. This mecha doesn't have a skirt because its thighs are so big, and because I've always admired your "skirt free" designs! (...) I'm not sure; Atmospheric flight would be cool, but we'll see. (...) Long (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Military Base

Very, very nice base you've constructed Gregory. I particularly like that you've chosen to model military buildings, as most other military modelers (myself included) build only the sharp edge of a military's warfighting potential without any (...)
