  Re: New here

Michael, Welcome to Lugnet! Great models. I can't give any advice on construction as mecha aren't my thing (I'm a castle guy). On photography, your photos are a little shaded (except the last folder named "Thingies"). Sunlight is great. I personally (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: new MOC (look inside, it's a surprise)

yeah, the legs are in two parts. however, at the moment I can't get the linkage between the halves strong enough, so they're just kinda fused together for now. I'll revise the legs a little later, try to get them more accurate to the "prototype". I (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jul-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha)

In lugnet.build, Anthony Babington writes: <snip> (...) model looks interesting. I Like how you made the cockpit, with the two opposite sides mating via smooth tiles. The legs confuse me. It looks like there are two parts to the lower leg, but I (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jul-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha)

Give me your link buttons, Hoomans!

Heya all, I thought I'd catch the link button fever that most likely died months ago... :-, But since I'm re-writing my website, I figured what the heck. If you want me to link to your site, just pay my links page a visit and submit a link: (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.general)

(...) This is an excellent reproduction, Anthony! Give yourself a BIG pat on the back, because you did a most excellent job! The details on the back are my favorite part of this awesome creation, specifically this pic: (URL) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha)

Round windows (was: New MOC: Red Building)

(...) noticed the shed and locomotive (wow!) but I can't figure out what is going in the "sheddetail1.jpg" image showing a round window. I've built round windows using those inverse half-arches, but these are all a lot bigger than the one you show. (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: A-4 skyhawk is now posted

(...) Also, I'd love to see your model done with a Blue Angels paint job. Before the F/A 18, they used A-4's for many years. --Bill. (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.military)

BI Portal adds more new features

All, After much thought about several things, I have added a few new features to the BI Portal: - Display All Links - For the time being, I have added a function that allows you to view a list of all links in the BI Portal. They are broken into a (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

  Re: does this pattern exist?

(...) Great! What set(s) did it come in! (I double-checked, but couldn't find it listed at Peeron. That's why I was concerned...) Thanks, Franklin (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: A-4 skyhawk is now posted

(...) This new little model is a beauty, especially the IAF version. I must go through my brown, green and tan parts to see if it is possibly to build without rushing to Bricklink. (any chance one can "borrow" the dat-file?) Mattias (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.military)
