  Re: Codename Carver

Eric, thanks man. (...) I chose to make it look "lighter" by not building the traditional mecha "skirt." Instead I thought the incased/exposed gears looked cool. (...) The job that Carver has is little too gruesome for me. I think he will be the (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Codename Carver

Check out the chest and that cool effect, and the head has character, the feet are nicely done, I like them. Interesting how you incased or surrounded you gears with slopes up and down. I have only see a couple of people do that. Sweet. Looks like (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: PNLTC display in Edmonds, WA

Hey, here's some more pics, thought I'd add. (URL) mention though, if this isn't a first for cross posting mecha and trains, I'm pretty sure it's a first in intergrating mecha and train layouts. You'll notice; dragons on the hospital, another dragon (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.mecha)

  PNLTC display in Edmonds, WA

Hey kids, Here are a handful of pictures from the PNLTC display today in Edmonds, WA. Present today were Rick Clark and Laura Gjovaag (sp?) of PNLTC and Mark Neumann and myself, of SEALUG. It was a small display, but we had some fun. The Percy and (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New OOC: Motorized 14 wide Jeep Cherokee

Very nice! There is so much that can be said about it; but I will keep it short. Excellent work on the body. Lots of detail. Good color selection (the interior is great). - Joe "Bram Lambrecht" <bram@cwru.edu> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.build)

Re: New OOC: Motorized 14 wide Jeep Cherokee

(...) <cut> (...) Great Jeep!... now when do we get to go for a test drive? ;) I like this more than Technic styled vehicles... looks more 'realistic' (Technic, yeah yeah....). Mel (sorry, not a Technic fan except R2D2 and the new Darth Vader). (23 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.build)

Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

(...) Off the top of my head, the closest thing to what you're describing is a Ka-25 Hormone ASW chopper; like the Ka-50, however, its rotors are stacked contra- rotating models. The closest thing I know of is in civilian production, the Kaman K-Max (...) (23 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Mine's Snottier
