  Re: Strider, a hover racer

(...) Mark, I really like this hover racer. From the rear it looks like a futuristic Lamborghini. Having four hover modules underneath is a great touch. They look like the evolution of tires. Great job, Todd Trotter (URL) (23 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Strider, a hover racer

(...) Very cool! Too bad you missed the HoverThing contest that was held in lugnet.space (note crosspost) recently... Reminds me of something from Blade Runner. I think yellow is very much underused in space models. I'm glad to see it here. --Bill. (23 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Repost:BricksWest:Largest Sig-Fig Gathering Ever!

At BricksWest 2002, we will be gathering fans of the brick for lots of activities...but what about their sig-figs? Will those plastic soul-brothers and sisters languish at home, perhaps meanaced by a passing kitty? NO! We are inviting all sig-figs (...) (23 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

Very nice! The double rotor must have been a little complicated to design. As others have noted, it is a little hard to see all the details, perhaps more because of the all black colour scheme than the actual photos. Don't get me wrong, the all (...)   Pics

Hi all, I've just created two brickshelf folders with pics of Hammerhead and the Blue Bike. I was long due to put up some photos of this pair of cuties. (URL) this week there'll be improvements, competitions and a new and surprising type of Lego (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.build)

  Re: MOC, Razor

(...) Oh, no, don't do that-- it's lovely! Quite nice! And so tiny! It's like a little baby dragon (feeding on minifigs for a few hundred years, then building up a nice hoard). Do you really have all those insect wings? Wow! I like all the features, (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.build)

  Howdy

Yes there is another mecha rookie in the ranks. I have been building, reading, and drooling over your posts for the last two years now. I finally figured out, thanks to Eric, that you did not have to pay to be a poster here. (I'm a really broke (...) (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Butcher is here!!!!!!!!

(...) Actually, he's mainly supposed to be the gunner for the turret, but watchman and radio operator were his secondary duties. Good guess. (...) Of course there are other influences than Mladen, I just said he was my MAIN influence. Bryce McGlone (...) (23 years ago, 11-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
