| Can I interject a bit here for my own clarification? We're talking about a LEGO only solution, right? I've added Kadee couplers and uncoupler magnets to perform this type of remote uncoupling, but that may not apply in this thread if the solution is (...) | As far as I was aware (according to TLG) the new Technic Supercar 8448 was not due to be available until September 1999. But I got this set yesterday - 1st August - and have started building!! Can anyone tell me if this is a first or it is already (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)
